About this treatment
XEOMIN® (incobotulinumtoxinA) is a neuromuscular blocker that temporarily relaxes the muscles behind expression lines. At The Vital Haus, a licensed provider treats you at home, at the office or in your hotel in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Westchester County and Stamford.
What XEOMIN® treats
XEOMIN® is FDA-approved to temporarily improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines between the brows, forehead lines and crow's feet in adults.
XEOMIN® is formulated without accessory (complexing) proteins.
How neuromuscular blockers work
Small, precise injections block the nerve signals that tell targeted muscles to contract. As those muscles relax, the lines they create soften. Most people start to see results within a few days, with the full effect at about two weeks. Results generally last about three to four months and vary from person to person.
How a visit works
- Consultation. Your provider reviews your health history, medications and goals, and maps the areas to treat.
- Treatment. A few quick injections with a very fine needle. Appointments take up to an hour, including the consultation.
- Aftercare. Your provider explains what to avoid for the rest of the day and when to follow up.
Pricing
XEOMIN® is priced per unit. The number of units depends on the areas treated, so your provider confirms your dose and your price during the consultation, before treatment.
XEOMIN® FAQ
How is XEOMIN® different from the other neuromuscular blockers?
XEOMIN®, JEUVEAU® and BOTOX® are all FDA-approved botulinum toxin type A products that work the same way, but they are different medicines and their units are not interchangeable. Your provider recommends the one that fits your goals.
Who should not be treated?
People who are allergic to any botulinum toxin product, or who have an infection where the injections would go, should not be treated. Tell your provider if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have a muscle or nerve condition.
Where is XEOMIN® available?
We come to you in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Westchester County and Stamford. Appointments run 7 AM to midnight daily. Call or text (631) 800-1030 with questions.
Important safety information: all botulinum toxin products carry a boxed warning that the toxin's effect may spread from the injection area and cause symptoms such as swallowing and breathing problems, which can be life-threatening. Your provider reviews the full risks with you before treatment. XEOMIN® is a registered trademark of Merz Pharma GmbH & Co. KGaA. Individual results vary.
